Mission Statement

Our mission is to replace the 9th Street Bridge over New York Avenue and Amtrak and CSXT properties, reconstructing it as a safer, more functional bridge with improved aesthetics and enhanced pedestrian accessibility that will also enhance the community’s adjacent roadways and surrounding area within the project limits. The project will be executed with high quality workmanship in a manner that is safe to all team members and the traveling public, that minimizes traffic disruption, and that safeguards or improves the environment. Our team will show respect for each other and be sensitive to the surrounding communities and businesses. We will complete the project leaving all parties eager to work together in the future.

communication modes and special needs
